SD 820 – The big double chamber vacuum machine
Double chamber for particularly rational usage. For large as well as for small pieces.
Standard equipment:
Machine made of stainless steel. Lid with inspection window. 2 stainless steel sealing bars per chamber each with a length of 800 mm. Separately controllable cut off sealing by pneumatic cylinder including additional compressed air support (compressed air supply required!). Gas flushing /MAP with 6 gas nozzles on each sealing bar. Insert Plates for height adjustment. Built-in high performance vacuum pump 300 cbm/h. Stainless steel heavy-duty wheels. Flat table construction for easy cleaning. Lid movement is supported by counter weights. Easy access to all parts for maintenance thanks to a housing in a frame construction with removable doors.
Sensor controlled electronic for accurate vacuum – independent from product and chamber size. Setting by pushbuttons. Vacuum stop key. 10 user programs individually storable. Service program to dehumidify the vacuum pump, automatic recognition of evaporation point, oil change indicator, soft venting and operation hour counter. Impulse vacuum and password protection can be activated.
