KOMET extends its commitment worldwide:
New manufacturing facility for the South American market.

Not only in Germany and the surrounding countries KOMET has made its name throughout the decades, but also in many other regions of the world. KOMET vacuum machines have been well known for packaging all kind of goods either food or as well more and more non food. This way, the demand for KOMET vacuum packing machines e.g. in Eastern Europe and in America has multiplied in the past few years.

In order to fulfil the quick growing demand of the South American market KOMET decided together with the long term sales partner in Argentina to change the Sales
and Service Department into a manufacturing facility by June 1st, 2006. The company
is established under the name “KOMET Argentina S.A.” with its head office in Buenos Aires to manufacture vacuum machines on side to cover only the South American Market as Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay. South American manufacturing approaches the market to be more reactive, efficient and effective on the specific demand of the area. With that change the headquarter and mother company KOMET Plochingen, Wuerttemberg, will be able to be more reactive with the Made in Germany production terms of delivery and product development with the German made production to all other countries of the world with the KOMET partners in sales and service.
